Is it really free?
Yes. Every design and language is free: one image size with a small snehpatrika.in footer, and an event page that shows how many guests are coming. Invite Plus (₹49 per event) adds HD post, Status and PDF without the footer, your full guest list with Excel, and changes after sharing.
What is a video invite, and what does it cost?
A video invite is your invitation as a short animated video, about 20 seconds long, in a craft style such as Pichwai, Warli or Madhubani, with your names, message, date, venue and photo. Making one is free, up to 2 per WhatsApp number, and it ends with a short Snehpatrika closing scene. For ₹99 you get the same video without the closing scene, with everything in Invite Plus. It is usually ready in a few minutes.
How do I pay?
By UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app), card or netbanking, through Razorpay. Prices include GST. We never see your UPI or card details.
What if something goes wrong with a payment?
If a paid card doesn't generate or download, a paid video invite can't be made, or you're charged twice, we refund you in full. Email [email protected] within 7 days of paying.
Can I change details after sharing?
Yes, from your private edit link. The event page updates right away and guests see an "Updated by the host" note. A free invite can be changed until the first reply comes in; with Invite Plus you can change it any time and send guests the new image. A free video invite can't be changed after it's made; the ₹99 video invite can be changed up to 3 times.
Which languages can I use?
English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati, for the website and for your card. The card's language can differ from the website's, and dates and times are written the way cards in that language print them.
What happens to guest data after the event?
Replies go only to you and to anyone you give the view-only link. Guest replies and wishes, photos on the card, a video invite's video and your WhatsApp number are deleted 30 days after the event.
