Snehpatrika (snehpatrika.in) is run by CodeSierra Tech Private Limited, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014, India (“we”, “us”). By making a card, replying to one or buying anything on Snehpatrika, you agree to these terms.

What Snehpatrika does

You can make festive invitations and greetings, share them on WhatsApp, and collect RSVPs on an event page. What is free and what is paid is shown on our pricing page.

Your content and acceptable use

You are responsible for what you put on your cards and send to others. Don’t use Snehpatrika to:

We may remove content or turn off a card that breaks these rules, and we will co-operate with lawful requests from the authorities.

Photos and consent

Only upload photos you have the right to use, of people who have agreed to appear on your card. For children, you need the consent of a parent or guardian. Don’t upload photos of public figures or celebrities for an AI family video or a video invite.

AI-generated content

AI family videos are made from the photos you send: the video clips are generated with Google Flow (Google’s AI video tool), and our team adds your message. You choose one of five styles: 3D cartoon, Watercolour storybook, Claymation, 2D hand-drawn cartoon or Papercraft. These are general looks; they are not made by or connected with any film studio. A video is 18–20 seconds long and is ready within 48 hours of payment. It is available on your private link for 2 months after it is ready, and then deleted, so download it to keep it.

Each video carries a visible “AI-generated” label and information about how it was made, as Indian rules require. Don’t remove the label or present the video as real footage. Our team checks every video before delivery, but AI output can contain mistakes. We refuse orders that would impersonate someone, show people who haven’t agreed, or show public figures or celebrities. If we refuse an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Video invites

A video invite is your invitation as a short animated video, about 20 seconds long. You choose one of our video designs and add your names, message, date, time, venue and a photo, and we make the video from them. It is made in one of two ways:

Making a video takes time. It is usually ready in a few minutes, but we can’t promise how soon: it depends on how many videos are being made, and an attempt that fails is tried again. Your card’s page shows the video when it is ready, and we tell you on WhatsApp too. With the ₹99 video invite, also one you pay for after the free video is made, you can change the card’s title, message, date, time and venue, and each change makes the video again, up to 3 times for a card; its names and photo can’t be changed. The video plays on your card’s page for everyone who has its link, until 30 days after the event, and is then deleted, so download it to keep it.

The paintings, figures and scenes in the video designs are made with AI tools, in the manner of traditional crafts such as Pichwai, Warli, Madhubani and Tanjore painting. They are general styles: they are not made by or connected with any artist, museum or studio. Your photo is placed in the video as you uploaded it, not redrawn by AI.

Business video packs

A business video pack is one short Diwali video for each name on a list of your customers or staff. You choose one of our business video designs and give your business’s name, logo, message and the names, and we make one video for each name and put them all in one ZIP file. A pack is for 25, 50 or 100 names (₹499, ₹899 or ₹1,499). You must have the right to use the names, logo and words you give us, and the people you send the videos to must have agreed to hear from you.

Making the videos takes time: usually under an hour, depending on how many videos are being made. Your pack’s private page shows the progress and, when it is ready, the ZIP file. If a video can’t be made, the ZIP file comes without it, the page shows which names are missing, and our team makes them again and adds them. The ZIP file is deleted 30 days after the pack is ready, so download it to keep it. Once the first video has started to be made, a pack can’t be refunded (see our refund policy).

Your rights in your content

Your photos, names and words stay yours. You allow us to store, process and show them only to run Snehpatrika for you: to make your card, its event page and its downloads, and to deliver what you ordered. The designs, artwork and ready messages are ours or licensed to us; you may use the cards you make, but not copy or resell the designs.

Edit links

Your private edit link is the key to your card: anyone who has it can change the card and see the replies, so keep it to yourself. We store only a scrambled form of it. If you gave a WhatsApp number when you made the card, we can send the link to you again in our WhatsApp chat, to that number only; we never send it anywhere else.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. You pay the price shown when you buy, through Razorpay. Invite Plus is a one-time payment for one card, and so is a video invite without its closing scene (₹99, which includes Invite Plus); a business pack is a one-time payment for one pack. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Refunds follow our refund policy.

No warranty

We work hard to keep Snehpatrika running and correct, but it is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and parts of it depend on others, such as WhatsApp and Razorpay. Please check your card’s details before you share it.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the card or order it concerns.

Ending

You can stop using Snehpatrika at any time and ask us to delete your card. We may suspend cards that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes apply from then on.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction.
