Sanganeri Dhanteras
Off-white cotton with rows of small indigo and red block-printed flowers at the top, and a kalash, small lamps and stacks of coins at the bottom, the things families buy and worship on Dhanteras.

Making it yours
Between the flower rows and the kalash there is a clear band of cotton, about two-fifths of the card's height, for a Dhanteras wish and your family name. Only two text colours suit this print, Indigo and Kumkum red, the same two dyes as the blocks. The Shree Lakshmi line sits at the top, fitting for a day of Lakshmi and Dhanvantari puja, and a round family photo can go just above the title.
About the craft: Sanganeri block print
Sanganer, near Jaipur in Rajasthan, is known for hand block printing on light cotton: small, fine flowers and buds in neat rows, stamped with carved wooden blocks. This design uses that floral style for Dhanteras, in indigo and red on off-white, with a kalash, coins and a small lamp printed as flat shapes.
